continue to raise the standards of tuition and services offered to our customers.
In the unlikely event of a client having a cause to raise a complaint for their experience with any services offered we encourage you to follow our procedure below.
Any of our clients who believe they have suffered any form of discrimination, harassment or victimisation are entitled to raise
the matter to Nick Martin the company owner.
All complaints of this nature will be taken very seriously and dealt with promptly and confidentially.
In addition to our internal procedures, Clients have the right to pursue complaints of discrimination to an industrial tribunal under the following anti-discrimination legislation :
If, after investigation it is found complaints are upheld then a full refund will be issued.
